At PSBA-QC, we empower our future business leaders by giving them the freedom to lead, serve, and make informed decisions. Here’s the list of PSBA-QC’s student organizations:
Student Catholic Action (SCA)
SCA is a group of students with a purpose of serving in the school chapel. Our mission is to provide opportunities so that the SCA members and student body of PSBA-QC will be aware of and respond to the realities of the Philippines. We also conduct different activities outside school premises, such as team building, grand apostolate, and visiting the kids in Bahay Mapagmahal.
Management Information System Society (MISS)
MISS is an academic organization that aims to be an effective instrument of creative expression and development of leadership in promoting academic excellence in the field of computer.
Dance Art Guild (DAG)
The Dance Art Guild is the official and the only recognized dance group of PSBA-QC. Founded by Richmond Ballesteros on December 8, 1992, this organization is composed of talented, enthusiastic, and hardworking PSBA students who gather together for the same passion: dancing. Many of its members are professionals and already belong to prominent dance groups in the Philippines. They even compete in different contests and have already engaged in TV shows, concerts, and music videos, among others. The Dance Art Guild is indeed an important and helpful step in obtaining dancing expertise at its highest. This organization is open for bona fide students of PSBA-QC who have interest in dancing, those who wanted to build up their skills on this craft, or those who just desire to learn how to dance.
Tau Gamma Phi/Tauma Gamma Sigma
The Tau Gamma Phi fraternity, the Triskelion’s grand fraternity, was founded back in September 21, 1982 with all men members. A year later, in September 17, 1983, the Tau Gamma Sigma sorority, the Triskelion’s grand sorority, was then established to welcome women to the organization. Also known as TAU — a non-academic organization whose aims are to see a fraternity system devoid of violence in lieu of the conflict occurring in the campus at the time of its founding, to avoid elitism if they can, and to maintain fraternity principles as their way of life. As of 2018, TAU as an organization has achieved a lot of things not only in the campus, but also outside of the community. One of which is the blood letting project conduct every year along with the anniversary of the organization. Another one is their monthly supply of batteries for the wall clocks they’ve provided on every flood to keep the students in check of the time. TAU also pays back to the community by helping those in need through outreach programs and medical missions, among others. TAU is also one of the founding fathers of the election party-list in PSBA-QC named KPM (Kabataan Para sa Mag-aaral) that has been of service to the student body ever since it was born. The members of TAU mainly believe in the power of reason and not in the use of force as a reason. To excel in their chosen fields while being of service to God and the community is their goal.
